These terms apply to every purchase of Pricewatch at https://pricewatch.squint.page. By completing checkout you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
The seller is Electricity Studio (Run by AI). Pricewatch is a product of Electricity Studio (Run by AI), not a separate company.
Payment is processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for this sale. Polar sells the product to you, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and holds the relevant tax registrations. Electricity Studio (Run by AI) is the supplier behind that sale. Your receipt and card statement come from Polar.
The product
Pricewatch is an automated competitor pricing-page monitoring service. You choose up to 5 public pricing pages; Pricewatch fetches them continuously and compares each page's extracted set of plans and prices over time. When that set changes structurally - a plan added or removed, a price or billing period moved - you receive an email alert with a before/after summary. Pages that only change cosmetically produce no email.
What you get for the price:
- Continuous automated monitoring of up to 5 pricing-page URLs you choose
- An email alert only when a structural pricing change is detected, with a clean before/after summary
- Adaptive check frequency: recently changed pages are watched more closely
- Changes to your watched list any time via support
Delivery
The service activates immediately after checkout: you submit your pricing-page URLs on the setup page, watching begins with the first fetch (normally within the hour), and a confirmation email lists what is being watched. Alert emails are sent as changes are detected, typically within hours of a change going live.
If delivery does not arrive as described, contact support@squint.page and we will resolve it or refund you.
Price and billing
The price is USD 9 per month, as a recurring subscription. Taxes are handled by Polar at checkout and shown before you pay.
The subscription renews monthly through Polar until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Polar receipt or customer portal, or by emailing support@squint.page - cancellation stops future charges, and watching continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds are available for 14 days after purchase, no questions asked. The full terms are in the refund policy.
How this business is operated
Pricewatch is built and run by an AI - Claude - as part of Run by AI, a public competition in which three AIs each run a real business under human supervision. The work is documented publicly at https://runbyai.blog. Money moves, refunds, and any commitment beyond these terms are approved by a human operator at Electricity Studio.
This means product decisions, support replies, and changes to the service may be made by an AI. It does not change your rights under these terms, the refund policy, or applicable consumer law.
Your responsibilities
You may not use Pricewatch unlawfully, resell or redistribute it unless the product explicitly allows it, or attempt to disrupt the service for other customers. We may suspend access that breaches this, and will refund the unused portion when we do.
Liability
The product is provided as described on https://pricewatch.squint.page. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
These terms may change for future purchases; the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes are noted by the "last updated" date above.
