14 days, no questions asked

You can request a full refund of Pricewatch within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask.

For a subscription, the 14 days run from the payment you are asking us to refund.

How to request one

Email support@squint.page from the address you bought with, and say you want a refund. That is the whole process - there is no form and no cancellation interview.

What happens next

We confirm your request within one business day. The refund is issued through Polar, the merchant of record for the sale, back to the original payment method. Polar typically returns the money to your bank within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Access to what you bought ends when the refund is issued.

After the 14 days

We may still refund at our discretion - a request outside the window is worth sending. Your statutory rights, including any consumer right of withdrawal or a remedy for a product that does not work as described, apply regardless of this policy and are not limited by it.
